TERMS & conditions

Under NO circumstances can we treat the following:
 
  • Anyone under 18 (Tattoo & Aesthetic Treatments) (ID required).
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • If you have sunburn on the area scheduled to be treated/tattooed.
  • Anyone undergoing or recently undergone chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
  • Anyone taking medications that may cause complications during or after procedure.
  • Anyone with active cold sores.
  • Anyone with overfilled areas of dermal filler or migrated filler and may be advised to get filler dissolved before treatment.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your treatment. 

Booking Fee

A booking fee is required for all services and can be paid on the correct page, under the treatment you require.

Cancellations & Booking Rescheduling

To reschedule your appointment, we respectfully ask that you give at least 7 Days notice for Tattoo appointments and 48 hours notice for Aesthetic treatments.

Children in the studio

Please ensure that you have childcare in place for your appointment, we are not insured to have nor is it safe for unattended children to be in the studio.

Video & Photography

A photograph will be taken before and after Aesthetic treatments for insurance purposes which we will ask your consent for prior to treatment.
We will always ask for your permission if we would like to use the videos and photos for promotional content and we will respect your wishes if you decline.

Payment Policy

A valid credit or debit card number is required at the time of booking.
We accept card, cash and bank transfer.

Refunds

Tattoo and Aesthetic treatments are non refundable.
If you have paid for a treatment in advance that you no longer require you may transfer to another.

Personal Belongings 

Black Omens Tattoos, Piercings and Aesthetics  are not responsible for lost, broken or misplaced items within the premises.
This includes vehicles left while you attend your appointment.

Treatment Disclaimer

The time frames stated on our website for treatment outcomes and longevity should be used as guideline only.
There is no guarantee these treatments will last for the durations stated as it can depend on lifestyle and or how quickly an individual's body breaks it down naturally over time.
Frequent sessions may be needed to achieve your desired results.
Asymmetry due to swelling and bruising is a normal part of the healing process and is to be expected when undergoing these treatments.
Although we strive for the best results it is always possible for an individual to have a poor response from treatments.
Our dermal fillers are charged per syringe and any follow up appointments needed will be charged at the rate stated in our price list.
All procedures comes with risks and possible complications.
We make sure our clients are well informed of these before they consent to any treatment.
We therefore do not, under any circumstances, offer a partial or full refund if any of these should occur.
Any medical costs incurred will be the clients responsibility.
